Meet Grace

I created Ground with Grace as a way to offer the practice of presence, grounding and connection. 
My own yoga journey began when I was on the verge of burnout and in search of myself. It has allowed me to slow down, unplug, and reconnect. What began as a personal practice became something I wanted to share with others.
My teaching is rooted in accessible movement, mindful breath, and creating space where people feel supported just as they are.
